Dr. Michael Gardner is a graduate of Oregon State University (Honors, Microbiology) and Oregon Health Sciences University. During medical school, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and dedicated a year to research under Dr. William Bennett, focusing on reducing the toxicity of kidney transplant drugs. He completed his general surgery and urology residency at the University of Utah.
Dr. Gardner has served as a urologist in Tualatin, Oregon since 2001. He believes in the importance of a small practice environment, fostering strong patient-physician relationships and ensuring continuity of care. This philosophy led him to establish the Oregon Urology Alliance, with the goal of providing a high level of trust and responsiveness for patients’ urologic care.
He joined Centennial Urology in 2025 and welcomes patients with a wide range of urological concerns. Dr Gardner looks forward to being part of the Roseburg community.

Andrea James-Barber, DNP, FNP-C, DMP, MEd is a highly qualified and experienced healthcare professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Masters in Nursing Education from the University of Memphis, a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Practice, and a Doctorate of Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Her extensive career spans over 13 years, initially focusing on the demanding field of critical care and high-acuity patient treatment. Several years ago, Andrea transitioned to an outpatient setting, where she has developed an adaptive care philosophy characterized by professionalism and compassion.
In 2026, Andrea joined Centennial Urology, where she is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a diverse range of urological concerns. Her genuine love for healthcare is evident in her team-player approach to patient care, ensuring excellent service for all her patients.
